INITIAL CONSULTATION
We respond promptly to your inquiry, schedule an opportunity to visit your home to learn more about your vision. If there are multiple people contributing to and deciding upon the vision and outcome, it is highly recommended that all contributors/stakeholders to the project are present for this initial consultation. This saves you and us time and energy. We will discuss your vision, your budget, and your timeline in order to be a creative and dream building meeting for ALL stakeholders. At this initial consultation, we will take copious notes and measurements. We will lay a mind over the area and record a birds eye video of the area.
QUOTE DEVELOPMENT/PRICING
Given the "Initial Consultation" is a groundbreaking event, we will provide you, our prospective client, a comprehensive estimate encompassing ALL the ideas and scope of work that came out of the "Initial Consultation" The quote/estimate is completely transparent. It will break down each individual area of scope discussed in the "Initial Consultation" and will provide a line item cost for each area. We will also provide a cost of each area of scope whether the cost per $10 light installed, or price per square foot of paver installation, or price per linear foot of retaining wall, or pathway or pathway or price per cubic foot for columns and benches... you get the idea, the Quote will be both comprehensive and transparent.
AGREEMENT / MATERIAL SELECTION
Once you have decided to move forward with Carolina Paver and Turf and have signed the contract, we will begin to focus and complete a drawing of the scope you have decided upon and we will prepare the agreement for said scope. Payment Schedule: We collect 0% of the contract price at the time of signing. We collect 50% of the contract price at the time of the project start and the final 50% at the completion of the project to your satisfaction. A visit to the process showroom is highly recommended once you have signed a contract and we will work together to choose materials. This enables you to look at colors, patterns and see a large selection of pavers and other blocks available for your project. This meeting also enables us to finalize all details of your project. This is so much easier than trying to select materials from a brochure.
THE INSTALL
Upon availability of the materials you have selected and the number of projects in the queue we are experiencing the installation will usually take place 2 weeks or so after the Material Selection meeting. We request that our clients be available for a quick walkthrough on the first day of the project to ensure that everyone is on the same page on the drawing which by this time had been prepared 2 or 3 weeks earlier and a reference your mind of what was contracted for. Our reputation rests on our for this project and we want to make sure that the installation is going smoothly. Project what you.
PROJECT COMPLETION WALKTHROUGH
After the team has completed the installation we meet with you yet again to walk through the project and inspect the outcome. We make sure you, as our client, are completely satisfied with the project. If you are and that you get a Completion of Scope document that affirms the project has been completed and sent out in writing our 5 Year Workmanship Guarantee.
